Registration information for Make Waves for Ducklings 2010

Cost is:

$100 at the door ($80 for Mainstream-only dancers)
$85 postmarked by July 18th, 2010
$25 non-dancer

$15 T-shirts (plus $5 shipping for any number of shirts.)

T-shirts can be purchased with the registration form, whether or not you register for the dance.
Registrations are transferable but not refundable.
