These camps start on Friday evening and run through Sunday afternoon. There are many Contra dance sessions, some English Country dance sessions, and various special workshops run by the staff and campers. Housing in dorms, meals, and snack foods are provided. All dancing is gender free: no gender terms used in teaching and calling and people are free to dance either role. Experienced dancers and beginners are welcome. Button making, enjoying the surroundings, and socializing are all part of the experience. People of any gender identity and sexual orientation are welcome.
