The LCFD Camp Committee does everything we can to keep the cost to attend as low as possible. This year, we expect it will cost us about $300 per person to make camp run, which includes lodging on site, dinner Friday, three meals Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, plus snacks! In the interest of accessibility, we have adopted a sliding scale based on campers' ability to pay.
We pay Camp Woodstock $186 per person for use of the space and meals. We spend about $7,500 hiring (and feeding and housing) our talented musicians and callers - and we have increased that amount by about $1,500 from what we spent at fall camp 2024. Snacks, printing, badge making supplies, insurance, and payment processing fees add another $15-20 per person. Please consider carefully how much you are able to contribute so that we can make camp accessible to everyone who wants to attend. If none of the listed levels feels appropriate to you, feel free to select "Other" and note how much you are able to pay. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions or concerns. |
Cancellation policy: If you cancel before October 1, we will refund all but $100, which can be applied as a credit to another LCFD dance camp through the end of 2026. From October 1 on, we will refund all but $190. If you are a no-show at camp, we will retain your entire payment. |
